Office Manager 

Theatre503 is a flagship fringe venue committed to producing new work that is game-changing, relevant, surprising, mischievous, visually thrilling and theatrical. Theatre503 is a destination venue for new writing and we offer more opportunities to new writers than any theatre in the country.

The Office Manager is critical to the success of the theatre. Working with the Chief Executive, Executive Director and the Producer, the successful candidate will deliver a high level of support and be at the centre of the running of the organisation during a period of exceptional growth and prolific production.

This role will be perfect for anyone interested in a career in arts management or for an already experience administrator to transfer existing skills into a busy producing theatre.

Resident Assistant Producer

Theatre503 is recruiting an energetic, passionate and quick-thinking individual to come on board as our new Resident Assistant Producer. This is a six-month part-time position which will give the chosen candidate a unique insight into the workings of a vibrant new writing theatre.

The Resident Assistant Producer will be trained in all areas of theatre producing – marketing, programming, literary selection, casting, budgeting, fundraising – as well as playing a crucial role in the running of the venue, overseeing the marketing and social media. You will be working with the Producer and Head of Marketing but also with the Artistic Director and the large literary team. The scheme is ideal for those with a serious commitment to a career in theatre producing or arts management.  Previous Resident Assistant Producers have gone on to have successful careers in everything from independent producing and casting to programming in major London venues.

With the theatre’s inaugural award season beginning in September, and two national tours taking off in the autumn, this is a particularly exciting time to be joining the venue.

Please note that although this is an unpaid position, it requires a time commitment of the equivalent of three days per week and some evenings/weekends. The working hours for the position are flexible to enable you to support yourself throughout the scheme.
