Written by Pier Lorenzo Pisano
Book Now

Darkly comic and absurd For Your Own Good – where characters come to be represented only by functions, including a grandmother as a talking cash machine – charts the transition from adolescence to adulthood through the illness of a parent.

For Your Own Good (Per il tuo bene”) was the 2017 Tondelli Prize, and was subsequently produced by ERT (Emilia Romagna Teatro) in 2019.

For Your Own Good is written by Pier Lorenzo Pisano, translated by Eleni Papaioannou and directed by Bethany Pitts.
