Theatre503 Writers’ Programme Course: Fu@k!ng with Form with Phoebe Eclair-Powell

We will look at the relationship between form, content and structure and how you can start to f**k with form in order to enhance your content
and revitalise your play. This will mostly involve exercises, some chat and looking at play texts for examples.

Running time of workshop: 2.5 hours – delivered online. Maximum class sizes are 16. A portion of spaces have been reserved for Share the Drama places.

Phoebe Eclair-Powell

Phoebe Eclair-Powell is a writer from South East London. Theatre credits include: SHED: EXPLODED VIEW (winner of the Bruntwood Award 2019, Royal Exchange Manchester). Her theatre credits include: DORIAN (Reading Rep Theatre), Harm (Bush Theatre), Really Big and Really Loud (Paines Plough), The Picture of Dorian Gray (Watermill Theatre), These Bridges (National Theatre Connections Festival), TORCH with Jess Edwards (Underbelly, New Diorama), Epic Love and Pop Songs (Pleasance Theatre), Fury (Soho theatre), WINK (Theatre 503). Her TV credits include: The Road Trip (Paramount Plus), Harm (BBC iPlayer), Two Weeks To Live (Sky), Hollyoaks (Channel 4) Phoebe is currently working on her first feature film with Film Cymru Wales.
