Four friends and old colleagues are in good spirits but once things start to get a bit shitty, it becomes a night they will never forget.

Dog Shit is a satirical comedy centered around people working in tech and theatre in Dublin. It begs the question – how far will you go for your career?

Expect to laugh at how silly we are when we take ourselves too seriously. (Because) let’s face it, we’re all a bit shit most of the time.

4 friends. 3 pets. 2 secrets. 1 big mess.

A play of shits and giggles. Dog Shit refuses to pick sides but probes you, the audience, to think philosophically and question how you choose to live your life and why.

Director Ursula McGinn and writer Bellaray Bertrand-Webb met on the MFA program at The Lir, Trinity College Dublin in 2020, along with the lighting designer Kevin Murphy. Together, they created Dog Shit, which sold out with critical acclaim at Dublin Fringe Festival, 2023.

It was hailed by the Irish Times in the ‘Theatre of 2023’ article as a ‘superb comedy’ and ‘a salient stand out’ at the festival.

Received a 5 Star review, from Chris McCormack’s Feeling Good, Substack.

Nominated for the Solas Nua New Voices Award at Dublin Fringe Festival Awards.

And now it’s time for the London edition of Dog Shit.

We would like to thank the AMAZING team behind the Dublin edition.
