Engaging with new artists is a really exciting part of our job at 503 and we’d love to receive an invitation to see your work – however, as a small team we are limited in the number of events we can attend and therefore have to prioritise work from writers who align with our Programming Policy. We are, though, very happy to hear from all artists – not just writers – who would like to work with Theatre503 in the future, so please do fill out the form linked below with as much detail as you can, particularly when answering why you would like us to come and see your work.

Please do not send us any invites via email, as we cannot guarantee it will reach the correct place – the best way to invite us to your work is by filling in the form below.

Due to the volume of invites we receive, and the processing time needed once submitted, we ask that all invites are submitted at least 1 month before the final performance date of the event. 

We are unable to respond to all invitations. If we are able to send one of our team to see your work, we will be in touch with you directly. 

As a small team, we understand what it takes for companies and individuals to offer complimentary tickets. As such, we thank you for taking the time to offer an invitation. Please note that we are unable to offer feedback on everything we are able to see.
