Programming Proposals

Thank you so much for your interest in bringing a production to Theatre503.

We have two, full run, co-production opportunities a year with emerging companies.

Please read our script submissions and programming policy to ensure your proposed play and writer are eligible before sending us your script for programming consideration.

Programming submissions are open for:

FULL RUN PRODUCTIONS (3/4 WEEKS)

• Applications must have a producer attached.
• Our focus is on world premiere productions only.

SHORT RUN PRODUCTIONS (1 to 5 nights)

• Applications will be considered for next available slots. Ideally you will have a producer attached and/or the show is already in existence
• We offer a standard 50:50 Box Office split with no hire fees. We are unlikely to consider your play if it has had a number of other short runs in London.

How to submit a programming proposal and script:

All scripts must be submitted through the Script Submission Form.

In the free text box please include:

• Names of Producer and Creative Team
• Details of any previous runs including venue and length
• Details of current funding status – funds secured, arts council/ other
• Where is the project at in development currently
• Any other information about the project that you feel might be useful
